?The answer with truth: Would the chastisement be removed by supplication-prayer when it comes to pass
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the entire prophets and messengers from the first of them till the seal of them; the illiterate prophet Mohammad messenger of Allah,we do not make distinction among anyone of His messengers, and we are submitting Muslims for Him, after this..
Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you my beloved inquirer for Allah’s sake: (Does supplication-prayer removes the chastisement when it comes to pass?), and we leave the answer from the Lord directly. Allah the Most High said:
{And why was there not a town which believed, so that their belief should have profited them, but the people of Jonah? When they believed, We removed from them the chastisement of disgrace in this world’s life, and We gave them provision for a while.} [Younus] 10:98
{فَلَوْلَا كَانَتْ قَرْيَةٌ آمَنَتْ فَنَفَعَهَا إِيمَانُهَا إِلَّا قَوْمَ يُونُسَ لَمَّا آمَنُوا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمْ عَذَابَ الْخِزْيِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَتَّعْنَاهُمْ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ} [يونس:٩٨].
And Allah the Most High said:
{So wait for the day when the heaven brings a manifest smoke,(10) Enveloping the people. This is a painful chastisement.(11) Our Lord, remove from us the chastisement — surely we are believers.(12) When will they be reminded? And a messenger has indeed come, making clear;(13) Yet they turned away from him and said: One taught (by others), a madman!(14) We shall remove the chastisement a little, (but) you will surely return (to evil).(15) On the day when We seize (them) with the most violent seizing; surely We shall exact retribution.(16)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Dukhãn] 44:10-16
{فَارْتَقِبْ يَوْمَ تَأْتِي السَّمَاءُ بِدُخَانٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴿١٠﴾ يَغْشَى النَّاسَ ۖ هَٰذَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ﴿١١﴾ رَّبَّنَا اكْشِفْ عَنَّا الْعَذَابَ إِنَّا مُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿١٢﴾ أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ الذِّكْرَىٰ وَقَدْ جَاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ مُّبِينٌ ﴿١٣﴾ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّوْا عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا مُعَلَّمٌ مَّجْنُونٌ ﴿١٤﴾ إِنَّا كَاشِفُو الْعَذَابِ قَلِيلًا ۚ إِنَّكُمْ عَائِدُونَ ﴿١٥﴾ يَوْمَ نَبْطِشُ الْبَطْشَةَ الْكُبْرَىٰ إِنَّا مُنتَقِمُونَ ﴿١٦﴾} صدق الله العظيم[الدخان].
And yes you can never find a change for Allah’s (way) sunna about the ways (sunnan) of chastisement in the Book. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{And how many a town which was iniquitous did We demolish, and We raised up other people after it!(11) So when they felt Our might, lo! they began to flee from it.(12) Flee not and return to the easy lives which you led, and to your dwellings, that you may be questioned.(13) They said: O woe to us! Surely we were unjust.(14) And this cry of theirs did not cease till We made them still and silent (as ashes).(15) And We created not the heaven and the earth and what is between them for sport.(16)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anbyãa´] 21:11-16
{وَكَمْ قَصَمْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ كَانَتْ ظَالِمَةً وَأَنشَأْنَا بَعْدَهَا قَوْمًا آخَرِينَ ﴿١١﴾ فَلَمَّا أَحَسُّوا بَأْسَنَا إِذَا هُم مِّنْهَا يَرْكُضُونَ ﴿١٢﴾ لَا تَرْكُضُوا وَارْجِعُوا إِلَىٰ مَا أُتْرِفْتُمْ فِيهِ وَمَسَاكِنِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُسْأَلُونَ ﴿١٣﴾ قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ ﴿١٤﴾ فَمَا زَالَت تِّلْكَ دَعْوَاهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَعَلْنَاهُمْ حَصِيدًا خَامِدِينَ ﴿١٥﴾ وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاءَ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا لَاعِبِينَ ﴿١٦﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الأنبياء].
Now the true explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High:
{They said: O woe to us! Surely we were unjust.(14) And this cry of theirs did not cease till We made them still and silent (as ashes).(15)}Truthful Allah the Great; which means, their cry did not cease which is the confession about their wrongdoing but they did not ask Allah for his mercy until (Allah) made them still and silent (as ashes).
the fact, belief in Allah, Him Alone, and their confession about their wrongdoing would never benefit them unless accompanied with it the supplication of mercy so they would say: “Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, if You do not forgive us and (not) have mercy on us we certainly would be of the losers”; so this is an admission that they do not have except Allah’s mercy the Most Merciful than all who have mercy, for the fact the argument has been held against them, surely belief alone and admission about their wrongdoing to themselves would never benefit them if did not accompany that; their supplication-prayer to their Lord by the fact of His mercy that He ordained upon HimSelf. So what do you think about the cause of the chastisement removal from the people of Allah’s messenger Younus only that when the chastisement came to pass they admitted their wrongdoing to themselves, then a servant of Allah’s righteous servants taught them to ask for Allah’s mercy? Then they asked Allah by the fact of His mercy that He ordained upon HimSelf to forgive them and have mercy upon them and His promise is ever true by responding to the supplication-prayer and He is the Most Merciful than all who have mercy; despite that the sunna of chastisement came to them of which the belief alone does not benefit when chastisement befall nor the admission that they wronged themselves unless accompanied this asking Allah His mercy and His promise is ever true and He is the Most Merciful than all who have mercy. Verily, in this hides the secret of removal of chastisement of disgrace away from people of Allah’s messenger Younus prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him. They changed by the supplication-prayer to their Lord to have mercy upon them and His promise is ever true and He is the Most Merciful than all who have mercy. For that they change the sunna of chastisement in the Book, so Allah responded to them, indeed Allah has power over all things. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:

{قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ﴿١٤﴾ فَمَا زَالَت تِّلْكَ دَعْوَاهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَعَلْنَاهُمْ حَصِيدًا خَامِدِينَ ﴿١٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم
{فَلَوْلَا كَانَتْ قَرْيَةٌ آمَنَتْ فَنَفَعَهَا إِيمَانُهَا إِلَّا قَوْمَ يُونُسَ لَمَّا آمَنُوا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمْ عَذَابَ الْخِزْيِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَتَّعْنَاهُمْ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ} [يونس:98].
That’s because Allah has power over all things answering the supplication-prayer of the asking one if he called on Him devoting for Him the supplication-prayer that they do not have but His mercy. In fact, they can remove even the chastisement of the Hour when it comes to pass if they beseech Allah devoting the supplication- prayer to Him admitting their wrongdoing to themselves and believing in the mercy of Allah the Most Merciful than all who have mercy so they would ask Him His mercy, and His promise is ever true and He is the Most Merciful than all who have mercy. And He removes by asking Him His mercy even when the chastisement of the Hour comes to pass, so He would delay it till Allah pleases. And Allah the Most High said:
{Say: See, if the chastisement of Allah overtake you or the Hour come upon you, will you call on others than Allah, if you are truthful?(40) In fact, Him you call upon, so He removes that for which you pray, if He pleases, and you forget what you set up (with Him).(41) And indeed We sent (messengers) to nations before you then We seized them with distress and affliction that they might humble themselves.(42)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-An`ãm] 6:40-42
{قُلْ أَرَأَيْتَكُمْ إِنْ أَتَاكُمْ عَذَابُ اللَّهِ أَوْ أَتَتْكُمُ السَّاعَةُ أَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ تَدْعُونَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٤٠﴾ بَلْ إِيَّاهُ تَدْعُونَ فَيَكْشِفُ مَا تَدْعُونَ إِلَيْهِ إِن شَاءَ وَتَنسَوْنَ مَا تُشْرِكُونَ ﴿٤١﴾ وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَىٰ أُمَمٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَأَخَذْنَاهُم بِالْبَأْسَاءِ وَالضَّرَّاءِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَضَرَّعُونَ ﴿٤٢﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام].
Surely we do not have puzzles in Fatwas about Allah’s religion, and we seek refuge in Allah that we be of the ignorant ones! In fact , we issue fatwa with truth and we call on others to (follow) the path of Allah the All Mighty, the Praised One, upon sure knowledge from Allah; the true explanatory-statement for the glorious Quran. So be grateful (to Allah) my beloved for Allah’s pleasure, it seems that you did not read the explanatory-statements of the Imam Mahdi but few, then ask the rooted ones about the knowledge of the explanatory-statements they bring to you the answer for your question from the sea of explanatory-statements of the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemen. And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..

الجواب بالحق: هل يُكشف العذاب بالدّعاء حين وقوعه؟ ..
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم والصلاة والسلام على كافة الأنبياء والمُرسَلين من أوّلهم إلى خاتمهم النبيّ الأمّيّ محمدٍ رسول الله، لا نُفرّق بين أحدٍ من رسله ونحن له مسلمون، أمّا بعد..
سلامُ الله عليكم ورحمته وبركاته حبيبي في الله السائل: (هل يكشف العذاب حين وقوعه الدعاء؟)، ونترك لك الجواب من الرّب مباشرة، قال الله تعالى: { فَلَوْلَا كَانَتْ قَرْيَةٌ آمَنَتْ فَنَفَعَهَا إِيمَانُهَا إِلَّا قَوْمَ يُونُسَ لَمَّا آمَنُوا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمْ عَذَابَ الْخِزْيِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَتَّعْنَاهُمْ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ } [يونس:٩٨].
وقال الله تعالى: { فَارْتَقِبْ يَوْمَ تَأْتِي السَّمَاءُ بِدُخَانٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴿١٠﴾ يَغْشَى النَّاسَ ۖ هَٰذَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ﴿١١﴾ رَّبَّنَا اكْشِفْ عَنَّا الْعَذَابَ إِنَّا مُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿١٢﴾ أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ الذِّكْرَىٰ وَقَدْ جَاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ مُّبِينٌ ﴿١٣﴾ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّوْا عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا مُعَلَّمٌ مَّجْنُونٌ ﴿١٤﴾ إِنَّا كَاشِفُو الْعَذَابِ قَلِيلًا ۚ إِنَّكُمْ عَائِدُونَ ﴿١٥﴾ يَوْمَ نَبْطِشُ الْبَطْشَةَ الْكُبْرَىٰ إِنَّا مُنتَقِمُونَ ﴿١٦﴾ } صدق الله العظيم [الدخان].
ونعم لن تجد لسُنّة الله تبديلاً في سُنن العذاب في الكتاب تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: { وَكَمْ قَصَمْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ كَانَتْ ظَالِمَةً وَأَنشَأْنَا بَعْدَهَا قَوْمًا آخَرِينَ ﴿١١﴾ فَلَمَّا أَحَسُّوا بَأْسَنَا إِذَا هُم مِّنْهَا يَرْكُضُونَ ﴿١٢﴾ لَا تَرْكُضُوا وَارْجِعُوا إِلَىٰ مَا أُتْرِفْتُمْ فِيهِ وَمَسَاكِنِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُسْأَلُونَ ﴿١٣﴾ قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ ﴿١٤﴾ فَمَا زَالَت تِّلْكَ دَعْوَاهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَعَلْنَاهُمْ حَصِيدًا خَامِدِينَ ﴿١٥﴾ وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاءَ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا لَاعِبِينَ ﴿١٦﴾ } صدق الله العظيم [الأنبياء].
وإلى البيان الحقّ لقول الله تعالى: { قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ﴿١٤﴾ فَمَا زَالَت تِّلْكَ دَعْوَاهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَعَلْنَاهُمْ حَصِيدًا خَامِدِينَ ﴿١٥﴾ }صدق الله العظيم؛ أي فما زالت تلك دعواهم وهو الاعتراف بظلمهم ولكنّهم لم يسألوا الله رحمته حتى جعلناهم حصيداً خامدين؛ كون الإيمان بالله وحده واعترافهم بظلمهم لن ينفعهم ما لم يرافقه دعاء الرحمة فيقولوا: "ربّنا ظلمنا أنفسنا وإن لم تغفر لنا وترحمنا لنكونَنّ من الخاسرين"؛ فهذا إقرار أن ليس لهم إلا رحمة الله أرحم الراحمين كونها أُقيمت عليهم الحجّة فلن ينفعهم فقط الإيمان والإقرار بظلمهم لأنفسهم ما لم يرافق ذلك دعاؤهم لربّهم بحقّ رحمته التي كتب على نفسه، فما تظنّ السبب عن كشف العذاب عن قوم رسول الله يونس إلا أنّهم حين وقوع العذاب أقرّوا بظلمهم لأنفسهم فعلّمهم عبدٌ من عباد الله الصالحين أن يسألوا الله رحمته؟ فمن ثم سألوا الله بحقّ رحمته التي كتب على نفسه أن يغفر لهم ويرحمهم ووعده الحق بإجابة الدّعاء وهو أرحم الراحمين، برغم أنّها جاءتهم سُنّة العذاب الذي لا ينفع الإيمان وحده حين وقوع العذاب ولا ينفع الإقرار أنّهم ظلموا أنفسهم ما لم يُرافق ذلك سؤال الله رحمته ووعده الحق وهو أرحم الراحمين؛ وفي ذلك يكمن سرّ كشف عذاب الخزي عن قوم رسول الله يونس عليه الصلاة والسلام، وغيّروا بالدّعاء إلى ربّهم أن يرحمهم ووعده الحق وهو أرحم الراحمين، ولذلك غيّروا سُنّة العذاب في الكتاب فأجابهم الله إنّ الله على كل شيءٍ قدير، تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: { فَلَوْلَا كَانَتْ قَرْيَةٌ آمَنَتْ فَنَفَعَهَا إِيمَانُهَا إِلَّا قَوْمَ يُونُسَ لَمَّا آمَنُوا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمْ عَذَابَ الْخِزْيِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَتَّعْنَاهُمْ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ } [يونس:98].
ذلك بأنّ الله على كل شيءٍ قدير يُجيب دعوة الداعي إذا دعاه مُخلصاً له في الدُّعاء أن ليس لهم إلا رحمته، بل يستطيعون أن يكشفوا حتى عذاب الساعة حين وقوعها لو تضرّعوا إلى الله مخلصين له في الدّعاء مُقرّين بظلمهم لأنفسهم ومعتقدين في رحمة الله أرحم الراحمين فيسألوه رحمته ووعده الحق وهو أرحم الراحمين، ويكشف بسؤاله رحمته حتى عذاب الساعة حين وقوعها فيؤخّرها إلى ما يشاء الله، وقال الله تعالى: { قُلْ أَرَأَيْتَكُمْ إِنْ أَتَاكُمْ عَذَابُ اللَّهِ أَوْ أَتَتْكُمُ السَّاعَةُ أَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ تَدْعُونَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٤٠﴾ بَلْ إِيَّاهُ تَدْعُونَ فَيَكْشِفُ مَا تَدْعُونَ إِلَيْهِ إِن شَاءَ وَتَنسَوْنَ مَا تُشْرِكُونَ ﴿٤١﴾ وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَىٰ أُمَمٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَأَخَذْنَاهُم بِالْبَأْسَاءِ وَالضَّرَّاءِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَضَرَّعُونَ ﴿٤٢﴾ }صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام].
فليس لدينا الألغاز في الفتاوى في دين الله ونعوذ بالله أن نكون من الجاهلين! بل نُفتي بالحق وندعو إلى صراط الله العزيز الحميد على بصيرة من الله البيان الحقّ للقرآن المجيد، فكن من الشاكرين حبيبي في الله، ويبدو أنّك لم تطّلع على بيانات الإمام المهديّ إلا قليلاً، فسَلْ الرّاسخين في علم البيانات يأتوك بالإجابة على سؤالك من بحر بيانات الإمام المهديّ ناصر محمد اليماني، وسلامٌ على المُرسَلين، والحمدُ للهِ ربِّ العالمين..
